Upside down

This post has nothing to do with being upside down.  I was just sitting here thinking about how tired I am, no thanks to a 4 year old screaming at her sister over the TV.  I thought about getting up and doing some yoga this morning and quickly changed my mind because yoga relaxes me.  Not good for someone sleepy. Then I rememered seeing this picture. Yeah, I am pretty sure I would be wide awake if I even attempted to do this.  The tame yoga in my living room is NOTHING compared to this stuff. Who says yoga is just a relaxing activity?!?! Yoga has kicked my booty a few times. How about you?

Next week I am starting a boot camp. Nope, not joining the military. Already been there and done that. My former co-worker Eliza asked if anyone wanted to join her bootcamp team.  8 weeks, $40, 5 days a week, 1 hour a day. Um, sign me up. This is regularly like $125 for 4 weeks and I got 8 weeks for a fraction.  I am pretty sure I read this properly:

Well, I do, I do, I do!  And I did, I did, I did!  I will let you all know how it goes. I am so determined to drop the weight once and for all. Stay tuned.

Have an awesome weekend. After a few sips of coffee, I am going to do some dishes, feed the kids, then who knows what else I can get into today. I know the pool will be involved.

LOVE The new look of the blog girl! LOVE it. And I too can't wait to "advance" more in my's hard for me to fit in yoga, but that's a Kelly issue with planning and priorities. I'm really like my new workouts later- more succinct, more time packed, more sweaty, etc. LOVE IT.
