8 lbs

I lost 8 lbs in a month. How bout that?

Hey girl, you are doing fantastic!! Sorry I've been MIA...just getting caught back up!! Thanks for the shout out!! And I don't know when you did that poll...but the worst way to judge your body progress...the scale...I'm telling you, you lost 8 pounds, but I'm sure you're looking like you lost a whole lot more!! Seriously the best way...pictures...by far, at when Tony tells you to take them, you are going to be shocked, so sit down before you look at them, and put them side by side with your initial pictures...seriously, you don't see in the mirror what is happening, you don't see it, you don't feel it...so keep going, because the shock is so worth the wait!! And I can hardly wait, I'm thinking pictures are coming soon...YEAH BABY!!! Oh and that Arnold Bible, very good...but I'm sure that guy was just trying to intimidate you, if you feel it in the muscle your suppose to be working, then your doing fine!! Make sure you always feel the muscle contracting, and lengthening, and see it growing, watch it in the mirror...very important, lower the weight if you can't feel it!!

AWESOME JOB!!!!!!!! You should be very proud of all your hard work.

I disappeared for a bit --- got caught juggling too many things. Running was one of those things and I'm sad to say I didn't do as much as I should. But oh well -- my Bay to Breakers race is this weekend. I'm just looking to have fun!!!

Oh yeah, you definitely rock with these other gals. WOW WOW WOW That made my day. My week. My month. While I don't 100% agree with you cause these ladies are doing amazing things, I appreciate the comment!!!
